The Fillet of Sole was so delicious. Once defrosted in the refrigerator, I patted it dry, drizzled with some Extra Virgin Olive Oil, added fresh herbs, and panko bread crumbs and baked in the oven. It couldn't get easier and we all loved it. There was absolutely no fishy smell. It was very fresh. Will buy it again.

This is the best frozen salmon I’ve ever had. Good size portion, and excellent flavor.
