Our St. Louis-style pork spare ribs are hand-rubbed with a unique blend of spices before being slow-smoked in oak-burning pits. No sauce is really needed for these meaty, juicy ribs that pull away from the bone!
  
Each rack is a giant 2 lb average, 14 ribs per rack.  We recommend 1-2 ribs per person as an appetizer and 3-4 as a main course.  They're great as is (with the prepared dry rub) or add some barbecue sauce for extra flavor.
  
Fully cooked, heat in the oven or grill and serve!

These was so good
Dry rub so could add your own sauce or seasoning.
I usually add a sauce but added just a light bit of seasoning
Really pretty meaty. I just eat 3/4 and I’m FULL.
I should have ate just half but i went and got another quarter. Definitely will buy again
