This is the third or fourth ordering of your ribbies. On more than one occasion, we were blessed with obvious (4) adjacent cuts.
This last prep was Roman style (per the recipe). A couple hours of marinade in red wine, olio, smashed garlic clove and a shitload of fresh Rosemary.
Seared on high charcoal heat.

I have an air fryer so I put them in on 400F after a three min. warm up first, and put the time for 11 min. Perfect! Turn them at 6 min. and let it finish the last 5 min. DELICIOUS! and tender!
So flavorful and delicious. Light and so tasty.
Seared edges are perfect and sashimi melts in your mouth. One of the best products.
