How We Ship Your Order
Your order will be carefully wrapped, packed, and shipped frozen in specially insulated and reusable foam containers (coolers) with plenty of dry ice. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail within 1 business day. It will arrive via UPS or DHL in 2-3 business days. If there is no one home, the carrier will leave the package at a convenient location in and around your front door unless specified by you.
We will try and arrange delivery as close to your request date as possible. There are no Monday, Saturday, or Sunday deliveries. However, Express and Overnight Delivery is available at an additional charge.
Our Shipping fee is only $19.95 anywhere in the continental U.S., no matter the weight or amount of your order.
